When I click on that coat of arms (select that no name and no coa county) I find it to be for the county of Yaroslavl.
When I select a save game in CK and click on the count icon (to select a county for play) I notice an empty kingdom coat of arms and no county name in the first slot. At least it's working to find the corrupted saves I created today. I just found a way to separate the apparently corrupted saves from correct ones.
Okay, I had the same problem a few days ago and again today.
